Membership in IAMA's unique international organization provides mediators and arbitrators a wonderful opportunity to be recognized as highly qualified dispute resolution specialists. One of the chief goals of the organization is to promote professionalism of those involved in dispute resolution. This website was designed with that purpose in mind.
