When you  join the International Association of

 Mediators and Arbitrators .....

 

You will receive "Info Guru Marketing"  by Robert Middleton, in a ready to print format (on CD Rom) free of charge (Must join prior to: July 15, 2001). This valuable book normally sells in printed form for $99. IAMA has been granted exclusive distribution  rights  for the Mediator / Arbitrator market. This  300+ page marketing material  will  show you exactly what you need to do  to attract all the clients you'll ever need. It is periodically  updated  to address relevant issues in professional services marketing

IAMA charges non-members $50 for this state of the art Marketing MaterialFor a limited time, however, we will send  this CD Rom free of charge when you join prior to the above deadline.  (Allow 4 weeks for delivery).   (More Info on "Info Guru Marketing")

 MEMBERSHIP RULES

Eligibility: To be eligible for IAMA membership, an individual must hold and maintain a certificate of mediation from an accredited education facility, or be a practicing attorney with training in mediation and/or arbitration. Businesses or individuals who are interested in mediation or arbitration are welcome to join but are not entitled to vote for or hold positions as regional or national directors or officers.

Dues: Annual dues are currently set at $100 and are required to be submitted with the applicant’s membership application. Memberships are  renewable annually.

Application Instructions: To apply for membership go to the JOIN section and answer all the questions in the space provided. All applications will be reviewed and processed by the Membership Committee. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Incomplete applications will be returned for completion.
